BID Membership is open to all property owners, commercial tenants and residents within the Sunnyside Shines BID boundary. Only registered BID members may vote at our annual meeting. The 2022 Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 8 from 4pm-5:30pm at the Sunnyside Community Service location 43-31 39th St. The Annual Meeting is open to the public.
