The Sunnyside Shines Business Improvement District (BID) is a nonprofit organization working to promote and enhance the commercial district of Sunnyside. BID membership is open to all property owners, commercial tenants and residents within the district boundary. Only registered members may vote at the BID's annual meeting, typically held in February/March. Please fill out the below registration form. Once we have verified the information, you will be added to the BID registered membership list.

The BID encompasses all properties fronting Queens Boulevard between 38th Street and 50th Street, and all properties fronting Greenpoint Avenue between 48th Street and mid-block between 42nd and 43rd Streets.
