Rosy Montesinos has been devoted to animal health services since she was in college in Peru, where she is a certified veterinarian. Now Rosy brings her expertise and passion for animals to Sunnyside, where she is the first time business owner of Madagascar Pet Services. Here, services include haircuts for cats and dogs, dental scaling, and daycare.
Growing up, Rosy lived in Sandia, a rural village nearby the Amazon, where the care for the Earth, the air, and living beings was instilled in her. Her family is passionate about caring for animals and most of her siblings went on to become animal healthcare professionals.
In New York City, Rosy has eight years of experience in the pet grooming industry, freelancing throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens before opening her first business Madagascar Pet Services.
